14-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means all return&exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of package delivery (including the 14th day), Return&Exchange requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be accepted.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@shopmanqueen.com. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • When initiating a return request, please ensure you remain in contact with us within two weeks. This helps our customer service team assist you effectively and prevents any delays in resolving your after-sales issues.
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

The returned items will NOT BE ACCEPTED in the following cases

① Goods have been washed;
② Man-made damage;
③ Goods incomplete, such as cutting off hang tags and wash mark and missing accessories;
④ Goods stained with foundation, perfume, cigarettes, deodorant, hair and any other conditions that affect secondary sales;
⑤ Final Sale, Flash Sale products and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged, except if the item arrives damaged or faulty.
⑥ Goods beyond the 14-day returns policy time;
⑦ Goods for which postage has not been paid in advance; (paid postage on delivery is not accepted)
⑧ Please write down your email information and order number on paper and send it to us, otherwise, the refund process will be impacted.

If any of the above situations occur, the items will be returned to you at an additional cost.

Notes: 
If a customer rejects a package without a valid reason and causes us to incur losses, our refund policy may not cover a full refund and deal with it case by case.

Additional notes

  • You must submit all return & exchange requests within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Please note that if you decide you no longer want the item or if you selected the wrong item, you will be responsible for the shipping fees incurred. Be sure to double-check the product information, including the size chart, before making your purchase. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
  • Please note that we will not refund shipping costs except in cases where the item arrives damaged, faulty, or if the package is lost or damaged during delivery.
  • Please do not send your return to the address on your package, as it is not the return address and your return will be affected. Our after-sales warehouses are located in the United States and Hong Kong, where we handle and process returns. We are also working on setting up additional return warehouses in other countries.
  • Currently, MANQUEEN has not authorized any third parties for business purposes. Any purchases made through unauthorized third parties are not covered under our warranty.
  • When purchasing items as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, the discount is applied to the lowest-priced item and then proportionately to each item. If you choose to return any of the items, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the discounted amount for each item.
  • Black Friday / Cyber Monday Return Policy:Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns. Additionally, we do not offer price adjustments for previous orders.
  • Accessories are not eligible for online promotions.

Return cost
Customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs, and tax fees.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
